You can return/ exchange your item(s) in a few simple steps by using our returns portal.

General return conditions

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange...

  • you can make a return/ exchange within a period of 14 calendar days after receiving the item(s)
  • you will receive a free/ an affordable returns label if you come from one of the following countries:
    • Germany, Austria, Netherlands: free return
    • Belgium, Italy: 7.95€
    • France: 8.95€

    Returning from another country? Register and ship your return back to us via your own returns method however. Please keep your return receipt safe until we confirm receipt of your return.

  • Returns must adhere to the following:
    • in original packaging
    • no signs of wash/ wear
    • tags/ labels must not be damaged or removed
    • no stains/ hairs/ odours
    • socks must be sealed in their original packaging
    If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

When will I get my refund & how do I get a bonus?

This can depend on how long it takes the returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.
When you make your return through the returns portal, you have the choice of receiving a refund of your payment or a store credit with an additional 10% bonus on the total amount.

  • we only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order or in the form of store credit
  • for purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first
  • refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse

Do you offer exchanges?

If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it!

  • we offer you a simple and automated size exchange via our returns portal
  • exchanges are currently available for customers from the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium
  • if for any reason we're unable to process an exchange, you'll receive an email confirming a refund to your original form of payment

Received a faulty or incorrect item?

If you have to return an item because it is defective or wrongly delivered, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and refund the costs for the return shipment. Please contact our customer service in this case.
